A property-advisory site with a searchable listings book that the agent runs from their own admin

The business

Landmark Property Solutions is a Bengaluru property advisory that shortlists homes, plots and commercial spaces from established builders across the city, and walks buyers through each one.

What we built

• The site: home, a filterable listings page, a detail page per project, and service pages for construction, interiors and home loans
• An admin behind a login where the agent adds, edits and publishes listings with photos, and works through enquiries
• A bulk import that brings in listings from the agent’s spreadsheet without overwriting or deleting what is already there
• A CSV export of enquiries
• Enquiry forms protected by a bot check, with each lead copied to a Google Sheet

How it works

Listings live in a database, so the agent updates stock directly rather than asking for a site update. A visitor filters by developer, location, type and budget, switches between new launches and resale, and enquires from the listing, which is attached to the lead. Each enquiry is saved, checked for bots, and copied to the sheet the team already works from.
