A builder's site whose admin panel publishes new projects to the live site with one button

The business

Chan Constructions builds homes, develops land, and fits out interiors and cafés across Bengaluru, with one team running a project from foundation to furnishing.

What we built

• A home page that walks through each line of work, then a page each for home construction, land development, farm plots and villas, home interiors and café interiors
• A construction cost page, guides, an about page and a contact page
• A projects section grouped by category, with a story page for each project
• Enquiry forms on every service page that store each lead in the client’s own database
• A private admin panel for enquiries, projects and team logins, with a Publish button
• A rebuild-and-deploy pipeline behind that button, plus a scheduled job that keeps the database awake

How it works

Each form saves the enquiry, tagged with the service it came from, to a database the client owns. In the admin panel the team reads and updates enquiries and adds projects with their photos. Pressing Publish starts a fresh build of the static site and deploys it, so a new project goes live shortly after without anyone touching code.
