A site and ad system for a waterproofing and pest-control firm where every campaign ends in a WhatsApp chat with the crew

The business

Ultra Max is a Bengaluru crew working out of Rajajinagar on waterproofing, PropChk building inspection, tile epoxy grouting and pest control for homes and businesses.

What we built

• A company home page that sorts a visitor’s problem into the right service
• Landing pages for pest control, epoxy grouting and PropChk waterproofing, with lines in English and Kannada
• Booking forms that hand the visitor to WhatsApp with their service, property and pincode already written out
• Guides that link into the service pages
• Meta click-to-WhatsApp campaigns for four service lines, and a Google search campaign
• A budget guard on Cloudflare that checks Meta spend every 15 minutes, pauses a campaign at its daily limit and sends daily briefs
• Technical SEO: structured data, sitemap, redirects and search console setup

How it works

Every route into the business ends in the same place: a WhatsApp conversation with the team. A visitor who books on the site, or taps one of the Meta ads, arrives with the job already described. The guard holds each campaign to its own daily limit, and resumes only the campaigns it paused itself.
