A site for an architecture-and-build practice where the owner runs enquiries and publishes new projects without a developer

Recorded from the live site, scrolled by hand.

The business
Seanna Constructions is a Rajajinagar practice that draws house plans, takes them through BBMP, BDA and BESCOM approval, and builds and fits out the result, led by a structural engineer.
What we built
- The site: services, a photo gallery from footing to finish, a projects section and an enquiry flow
- A CMS with two screens: Enquiries (status, notes, one-tap call and WhatsApp, CSV export) and Projects (add, edit, reorder, hide, upload photos)
- Publish-on-save: any project change rebuilds and deploys the site
- A two-colour redraw of the existing logo, and a letterhead, business card and envelope set
- The domain, DNS and hosting setup
How it works
An enquiry is saved to the client’s database before the visitor is handed to WhatsApp, so every lead also sits in the CMS with a status the owner moves from new to won or lost. When the owner saves, hides or deletes a project, the site rebuilds and goes live on its own. The owner has added projects and photos without our help since handover.
Status
Live at seannaconstructions.com since September 2026.
